Research On Development Land Fragmentation And Integration Of Small Towns In Chengdu

The new urbanization development strategy has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the development of China’s urban,and promoted the rapid development of urbanization.Chengdu small towns comply with its trends, in towns construction, industrial development, land use,ecological environment coordinate and other aspects have made some progress, construction results show itself. However, according to the author after the small towns of Chengdu current development field survey feedback, the extensive utilization problem of current development land of small towns in Chengdu is still serious. Especially in the face of small towns development land fragmentation problem in Chengdu,inefficient utilization of town development land and epitaxial unlimited expansion caused declining of town development land agglomeration economies of scale. Therefore, research on development land fragmentation and integration of small towns in Chengdu is particularly urgent and required.Based on the above problems, on the basis of the status quo analysis of small towns development land in Chengdu,this paper masters the status quo characteristics and evolution mechanisms of development land of small towns in Chengdu,and builds to excavate the potential of town development land as the goal orientation of Chengdu small towns development land fragmentation index method, which made Chengdu small towns development land integration methods or integration paths, provides exploratory Suggestions of development land for reasonable layout and land use for small towns in Chengdu.This paper covers four major aspects:basic research, the construction of fragmentation index method, the approach of town development land integration methods and empirical research.In this paper, it clears research goal and significance, research contents and methods, on the basis of 15 small towns in Chengdu as the research scope of town development land, we understand and grasp the relevant theories of small towns development land in Chengdu, so as to guide the research of related contents in this paper. According to the field survey of samples, we analyze and summarize the evolution of small towns development land space morphology and land space scale. On this basis, it summarizes the status quo of the development land scale of use and spatial layout features of small towns in Chengdu.Chengdu small towns development land fragmentation index method was constructed on the basis of the status quo of town development land analysis. Specifically,first determine the measure of town development land fragmentation of land use elements, namely,residential land, public facilities land, industrial land (including warehousing land) and the land of built-up area (a collection of all kinds of town development land). Secondly, it defines the definition of the fragmentation index method related indicators and concepts, determines various types of development land of basic grid unit and appropriate scale agglomeration, and clears the numerical range of fragmentation index. Finally, according to the numerical range, classify fragmentation areas.According to the Chengdu small towns development land fragmentation index method,this paper measures fragmentation for 15 small towns built up area various types of development land and makes transverse and longitudinal comparative analysis, sums up the main fragmentation reasons and fragmentation types of Chengdu small towns development land, as well as the driving force factors of fragmentation, on the basis of the research on development land fragmentation of small towns in Chengdu, according to the degree of fragmentation impact first and integration principle, we put forward integral approachs or integral paths for residential land, public facilities land, industrial land and the land of built-up area of small towns in Chengdu.In empirical research, through 5 small towns instance in Dayi, this paper tests and demonstrates the development land fragmentation index method and integration method of Chengdu small towns, eventually forms a universal and practical research conclusions or achievements.
