Economic globalization is the trend of the world economy, also is our most notable external environment. Economic globalization makes more and more countries into the world economic system, china is also not exceptional. In the trend of economic globalization, China’s accession to the world trade organization(WTO) in the new situation and the establishment of China- asean free trade area to make the Chinese enterprises have more opportunities to enter the international market, therefore, more and more Chinese enterprises to go abroad to enter the international market, started the international operation. Chinese enterprise internationalization of the early choice "" into the distance location selection, and Vietnam is China’s important neighbors, also is an important country in southeast Asia, into the stage of rapid economic development, the rapid development of the Vietnam caused the wide attention of the outside world, naturally become the ideal state of international operation of Chinese enterprises. Vietnam as a developing country, with its excellent geographical location, strong momentum of development, low labor costs, day is complete policy and constantly optimize the investment environment of the Chinese enterprises "going out" implementation strategy aimed at the potential market.This study is diveded into five chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborated the paper research background, significance, literature review at home and abroad are reviewed, and the article thought, method and innovation place. direct investment theory, enterprise multinational management theory, the monopoly advantage theory, internalization theory, theory of international production compromise, marginal industry expansion theory, enterprise multinational culture management. The third chapter introduces foreign enterprises transnational operation in Vietnam’s overall situation and the present situation of Chinese enterprises transnational operation in Vietnam, and points out that in the process of Chinese enterprises transnational operation in Vietnam achievements and existing problems. The fourth chapter uses SWOT method to analyze the Chinese enterprises transnational operation in Vietnam’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats four aspects. The fifth chapter study of Chinese enterprises transnational operation strategy choice in Vietnam and puts forward some countermeasures for Chinese enterprises transnational operation in VietnamThe results showed that the main form of Chinese investment in Vietnam are: Vietnam direct investment, project contracting and labor cooperation, bilateral trade. Chinese companies to invest in Vietnam began in 1988, by the end of 2014, China’s investment in Vietnam project a total of 1082, registered with total investment of usd 7.94 billion. At present, China in Vietnam, the country’s 63 provinces of 55, mainly concentrated in ho chi minh city, Hanoi, haiphong, quang ninh, etc. Transnational operation of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam chosen strategy mainly include market entry strategy, innovation strategy, localization strategy, price strategy, promote the brand strategy.
