Education can increase people’s efficiency, and can improve the efficiency of resource allocation, so education has long been considered to be the mainspring of promoting economic growth. The current is committed to building a well-off society in an all-round way, and promoting the economic and social development of ethnic areas is the important content. Therefore, demonstrating the compulsory education’s contribution to the economic growth in ethnic minority areas and finding the ethnic minority areas development path, constitute the purport of this article. The supply of compulsory education characteristics mainly are mandatory, basic and free sex, family preference to the quality of education and the sensitivity of the time cost determines the market demand of compulsory education. And compulsory education by its own characteristics and the correlation between education and economic growth of supply and demand, determines the compulsory education to provide direct and indirect role in promoting economic growth, and can play a role in short term and long term.On the correlation between education and economic data from the Long An county after the empirical analysis, the result of Granger Causal test shows that In a short period of compulsory education is an important factor of economic growth, and the Feder Model calculates its has a strong role in promoting, the result of Johonsen cointegration test shows that The compulsory education and economic growth in the long term from the Long An County there is no significant correlation. The potential for two reasons: first, the Long An county’s labor outflow phenomenon is serious; second, the compulsory education quality of Long An county may not be optimistic. Otherwise, Feder Model shows that compulsory education there exists negative spillover effect on economic growth. It mainly has two possible reasons, One, Low level of quality of compulsory education makes the county human capital not overcome "threshold effect". Second, from the Long An county vast migrant labor makes the spillover effect of compulsory education does not play a role in the territory, but flow through interregional spillover to the developed areas.Compared with the sensitivity of the water to flow into the region income and institutional barriers contributed to the cycle of "amphibious" transfer mode, labor outflow of overall income the increase, but to realize the local economic growth is not much to promote role. At the same time, because compulsory education contributes to enhancing modern consciousness of villager,no matter what kind of education strengthens the migration behavior, furthermore, because societal community recombinates in individual value, someone are inclined to pursuing short-term profits, preferences and circular migration behavior, in turn, reduces the local compulsory education shall be transmitted by intergenerational preferences and has a negative impact on after the tendency of education, it is bad for local long-term accumulation of human capital. Finally, to promote the development of county economy in national regions provides Suggestions and the future. First, strengthening the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers team and regional teaching as a whole; Second, reshaping the subject status of the school; third, strengthening the humanistic care of left-behind children; last, introduction of modern elements construction of the countryside.
