This part of the folk capital,there is a boom of Chinese economic environment, so also need to find out the proper investment opportunities, in order to get a benefit growth. In the condition, have a kind of new mode can not only solve the nation’s public infrastructure project investment funds, and the gap to solve folk capital for investment opportunities, it is PPP models’ s problem, compared to other investment mode, the PPP model can be applied in wider range of investment.This paper first studied the basic mode of the PPP theory problem; Then, analyzed the PPP models exist, including basic risk, the hazard of force majeure, risk of managing, market risk, economic risk, environmental risk, and technology risk; On this basis, the PPP use in the basic mode of the risk management of the current situation and existing problems in study; Finally, this essay wants to construct the PPP models from risk management model, which has expected through the model for china in the application of PPP models do scientific reasonable risk management make a contribution, also hope this research can in China’s infrastructure project attract foreign investment to take the PPP mode provides valuable reference for material.
