Study On The Relationship Between Urbanization And The Structure Of City Land In Zhejiang Province

Along with the speeding urbanization of Zhejiang Province, the scale of city population is continually expanding. This has brang enormous pressure to the city infrastructure. At the same time, the scale of Zhejiang province, city built-up area continues to expand and the built-up area scale growth rate has far exceeded the speed of growth of the population of the city. The structure of city land is not reasonable. In this context, studying the relationship between urbanization and structure of city land is necessary. It can help to make suggestions for optimizing the structure of city land of Zhejiang Province.This paper takes the city and city land use structure as the research object. Based on the relevant statistical data, we research on the basic situation of urbanization and structure of city land in Zhejiang Province. Then we use a panel data, applying the random-coefficient model to study the relation empirically between urbanization and structure of city land in Zhejiang Province. And then the paper summarizes the main research conclusions and the problems and Prospect. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The structure of city land of llcities and Zhejiang province is not very rational. It presents that the structure of the proportion of the industrial land use is higher, the residential land ratio is lower and the green ratio is not rational.(2) Residential land ratio of 11 cities and Zhejiang province is higher and higher. The green ratio and oad and square land ratio is also higher and higher. But the the proportion of the industrial land use is complex.(3) The urbanization of Zhejiang Province shows a weak correlation with the structure of the land.
