| Oil peony is a new kind of oil crops in recent years in our country. Scientifically test has proved the peony seed oil had rich nutritional value, and also had the characteristics of high yield efficiency and low cost. Its economic, social and ecological benefits are good. But at present our country is faced with grain and oil supply security problems for a long time, especially the status quo of 60% dependence on imported oils needs to be solved. At the same time, our country has nearly 600 million acres around suitable for planting the oil peony. Therefore, to develop the oil peony can alleviate the problems of grain supply, make full use of idle land in our country, increase the green area and improve the ecological environment. At present, China’s oil peony industry has developed rapidly at the same time, but each region of oil peony development is not balanced. At the same time, it is also lack of the research that is used to study the oil peony overall development situation of comprehensive benefit in a region. The experience of theory studies is too rare to use and reference.In order to analyze the situation of comprehensive benefit of oil peony industry development in our country and find out the existing problems, this article first introduced the paper research background, purpose, significance, methods and related theory research were reviewed. Then, the article in-depth analyzes the development of oil peony in China through the oil peony species of an analysis of the definition and value, planting, cultivation techniques of supply and demand present situation, the current situation and market prospects and so on.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the oil peony in the three aspects of economic, social and ecological benefits. On this basis, it is through by using the similar evaluation research of camellia and consulting the oil peony expert opinions to build the industry development evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefit of oil peony preliminary. It chooses the city of Heze which is earliest beginning to develop oil peony as the research object. Using the AHP analysis method, statistical software Yaahp7.0 and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the overall development situation of the comprehensive benefit of Heze oil peony industry development and analyzes the evaluation results. Through the results of the analysis, we find that Heze has some problems including of cultivation of small scale, unreasonable enterprise management pattern, insufficient policy supports, high price of the product and so on. In order to solve these problems and provide the experience reference for the overall development of our oil peony industry, we put forward some solutions and suggestions. |
