In the rapid development of China’s economy, our country has launched a series of macroeconomic control policy which to regulate the development of real estate market.In this context,a large number of commercial complex project have started. On the one hand it has changed the traditional business pattern in a certain extent, even improve the value of urban space; On the other hand, with the domestic housing market downturn,more and more developers began to enter the commercial real estate market. The homogenization is serious, and the Internet has brought about unprecedented challenges to traditional business, the flow is reducing now. Under this background, the commercial real estate project developers and operators must carefully consider the consumers sharing problem, to find out the key factors, which has a very important significance.The Paper takes "proposed problem-- analysis problem-- solution problem" three steps. It through the research on present situation of the commercial complex, to analyze the problems which existing in the development or management of commercial complex in our country, and refine out main factors which of the consumers sharing, providing useful suggestions for the development and operation of commercial real estate project finally.Article structure is divided into four parts:The first part includes Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. The two chapters make a introduction of the thesis and describe academic literature.The second part is Chapter 3.It analyzes the current status of commercial complexes, to find out their current problems and lay the foundation for further study.The third part includes Chapter 4 and Chapter 5. On the bases of past three Chapters, this part summarize the factors of consumers sharing which includes location,site selection, architectural features, operation management and commercial platforms.The forth part is Chapter 6.This Chapter Puts forward the countermeasure toenhance the consumers sharing of the commercial complex.
