Formation of organizational identification, will be helpful for organization development as well as the members. On one hand, it will be a huge enterprise cohesion, good corporate image and sustainable competitiveness, on the other hand, the group members under high organizational identification would regulate their own behavior, and their cognitive and behavior will be benefit to improve the organizational performance and to get the respect of the society. Therefore, more and more people pay attention to the study of organizational identification.This article based on the perspective of employee is to explore an antecedent of the organizational identification. Selection based on the main purpose of the employee’s point of view is that it is not only convenient for data collection, but also easier to comb and analysis the antecedent of the organizational identification. Meanwhile finding out the key factors of organizational identity from the Angle of employees, it will guide the enterprise management practice.Organizational identification under the background of different culture presents different characteristics. The existing organizational identity theory in western have appeared something wrong in China’s enterprises, so this paper aims to research on China’s situation of organizational identification which is based on Chinese culture. Through analyzing, we find the factors including good organization image, harmonious working environment, better working conditions, distinctive characteristics of transformational leadership are significantly enhancing the organizational identity. That is to say, employees who are more excited in exchanging with organization. Because when employees treat themselves as the member of the organization, they will tend to improve their organization’s distinctiveness. at the same time, these characteristics can strengthen the distinction. Organization characteristics which will be more bright, the distinctiveness will be more strong. It will be more able to meet the needs of employees to self-esteem, in return, employees will strengthen the organizational identification. Also when employees have established an interactive relationship with the organization, employees will tend to be more stable. Practice can also be found in the organization and old employees compared to the new employees, and because the old employees know themselves better, the definition of self also tend to be more stable, and it will be easier to form stable identification of the organization. For further research in this paper, this article keeps the number of working years as a moderator variable to find the antecedent of the organizational identification. At length, the paper will research along with the increasing length of employees’ working years, and it will analysis the impact on organizational identification.
