Countermeasures And Researches On The Development And Functions Of Urban Agriculture Of Chengdu

Agricultural modernization is an important part of modernization. Urban agriculture is an important part of modern agriculture in our country, on which the modernization is based.This paper selects metropolitan of Chengdu as the study area, on the basis of existing research, combined with the actual situation of Chengdu City, establishing the evaluation index system of urban agriculture development, with the use of entropy method and AHP to evaluate the development level of Chengdu urban agriculture, and finally put forward countermeasures and the suggestions on Chengdu metropolitan urban agriculture development. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) urban agriculture is located within,between and along a city, and use the advanced capital, talent, technology and infrastructure advantages of a city to develop the new agricultural industry, which makes it different from the traditional agriculture,and also an important part of urban economy.(2) for the development of urban agriculture, Chengdu has its unique advantages, but also has its own problems. As for the advantages, Chengdu City is located in the traditional agricultural production area, Tianfu, with a good agricultural base. In addition, Chengdu located in Central Sichuan Province, is a traffic artery connecting the centre and the west, and convenient traffic conditions make it has a huge market. But at the same time, Chengdu City with a large population, a relatively heavy burden on development, personnel quality low, the low level of rural industry, competition pressure around high is restricted, and Chengdu City is in an urgent need to solve the development problems.(3)this paper constructs the urban agricultural evaluation index system through four levels of agricultural, economic, social, ecological, and two grade 15 indicators, and carries out the weight assignment through AHP.. According to the established index evaluation system,overall level of the past 10 years of urban agricultural development in Chengdu is witnessed.and the conclusion is that Chengdu urban agriculture is still in the initial stage,smoothly entering the basic realization stage, and Chengdu urban agriculture develops so fast. In the process of the development of urban agriculture in Chengdu, the development of its economic function is still the most important.. The ecological and environmental protection function of urban agriculture in Chengdu is not really realized, and even there still exists the threat to sacrifice environment for the rapid development of economy, which should arouse our attention and vigilance.(4)From the evaluation results can be seen the process of the development of urban agriculture not only rely on a large number of material inputs, the more important is to improve the economic and industrial structure, transformation of economic growth model, resources reasonable layout and the division, promote agricultural innovation and technology, such as, on the basis of improving the area hardware facilities, the regional social and economic "soft power" should be promoted.
