Then through the the survey, detailed study of the present situation of Taishan community commercial development,concluded that the community business problems encountered in the development of Taishan area community commercial development level is not high, the construction of community commercial system is not perfect, the development of the tourism business service industry lags behind, the community network layout is poor, lack of transportation, environment and other supporting facilities, city the construction of the lack of business planning guidance,finally combining with the actual situation of Taishan area as a tourist city, the community planning integration area community commercial center for the community center and tourist city, the "double" service model, classification promote industry configuration, the Thai city residents and tourists to Thailand to provide comprehensive one-stop community service.Finally, from the business community development ideas, focus on the development and operation mode and other aspects, the feasibility of proposed development mode of TaishanDistrict of Tai’an city community commercial development, and the successful cases of Taishan District in the community of typical analysis. At present,the community commercial center has been awarded the "national demonstration project for business" the honorary title, the business community supporting service system more perfect.The innovation of this paper is that according to the actual situation of Taishan District of Tai’an City, and the future development of the situation, put forward the way of operation mode for small and medium-sized tourism city community development for the city community and tourism Agglomeration District Community two-way service "double" the mode of community commerce development, starting from the different community commercial allocation, enhance the transformation proposal out the operation of urban community service and service of tourist business community are put forward, for expanding employment to enhance community of Taishan District, commercial development, adjustment of business structure, to meet the growing consumer demand, improve the standard of living of the residents of the city, has the vital significance.
