Analysis On Land Eco-economic System In Dongying

Land eco-economic system is a complex system which is coupled with combination,interaction and mutual penetration by the land ecosystem and the land economic system. With the continuous development of world economy, the rapid growth of population, the contradiction between urbanization and ecological environment problems becoming increasingly prominent, the security of land ecological economic system is facing the severe challenge. Study on land ecological economic system has become the current research hot topic of sustainable utilization of land resources. The rational allocation of land resources,improving land use efficiency, to ensure the high quality of the land ecological environment and high benefit of land economic are the ultimate goals of sustainable land use, but also the inevitable choice for sustainable development of land ecological economic system. In this paper, according to the domestic and foreign land eco-economic system research status and related theory, evaluation index system including land, economy, society and environment four aspects is constructed. Through the analysis of the subsystems development status and land ecological system and economic system evaluation results, it determines weighting method, and analyze the status and trend on the sustainability of land eco-economic system.The research results show that,(1)The changes in Dongying from 2002 to 2011 is that cultivated area grows at an average annual rate of 0.44 million hectares, and construction area, urban residents land area and road area, respectively grows from 84.37, 23.45 and 11.38 square kilometers to 107.7,34.7 and 19.1 square kilometers, land use status changes greatly. Gross domestic product in2011 is 267.635 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 39.5%, income of urban residents and farmers per capita net income increase to 27342.7 yuan and 10025.4 yuan,people’s living standards are improving continuously, economic status in Dongying occurs great change. From 2002 to 2011 in Dongying, urbanization level is maintained at around43%, higher enrollment reaches 44334, people number to participate in medical insurance,pension insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance in 2011 respectively reaches 0.906 million, 0.275 million 0.127 million and 0.462 million, social education and health levels rise to a new level. The mean annual temperature in Dongying is13.4-14.3℃,and precipitation is 500-700 mm, industrial waste water, waste gas and solid waste emissions get adequate governance, compliance rate respectively is 100%, 100% and93%, especially the sulfur dioxide removes 263783 tons in 2011,which grows 200% morethan last year, environment in Dongying is constantly improved. The development of each subsystem in Dongying is developing in good direction, and it has greatly promoted the sustainable development of the land eco-economic system.(2)Each subsystem evaluation results are obtained based on the variation coefficient method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and average weight, through comparison analysis using 2D and 3D coordinate system, objective weighting method to get the evaluation value is generally high, subjective weighting method appraisal result of instability,the ups and downs of the larger, eventually it determines the average weight of objective and subjective as weighting method, eco-economic system land evaluation value from 2002 to2011 years is-0.58, 0.05, 0.04 and-0.33,-0.15,-0.11, 0.16, 0.14, 0.43, 0.43.(3)Analysis of land eco-economic system in Dongying finds that in the time scale, the sustainable development of land ecological economic system in Dongying is divided into the rapid development stage(2002-2003), system evaluation value is-0.58to0.05; slow decline stage(2003-2005),system evaluation value is 0.05 to-0.33; slow growth stage(2005-2010)system evaluation value is-0.33 to 0.43; the stable development stage(2010-2011), system evaluation value remains at 0.43, the trend of sustainable development is the "S" curve; in spatial extent, the degree of sustainable development in Dongying is from the medium(2002’s value is 0.43) to high(2011’s value is 0.43) changes and gradually stable, belonging to the east of Shandong coastal land ecological economic system sustainable development zone height, and ranks fourth in Shandong province after 2011.
