In otherwise, financial risk also have dual character, which means the enterprise has high profitability, which also will leads negative consequence. So, we have to comprehend the characteristic and origin of financial risk to financial leasing enterprise, and also pay attention to recognition and evading of financial risk, so that we could avoid the losing. Attaching importance to financial risk is also the core of maximizing the enterprise interestThe first three chapters in this paper focus on the theory, which expounds the research contents, background and significance, etc. The author has done a research with the financial risk of financial leasing enterprises, and also expounds the main forms and operation flow. Meanwhile, the author also uses the financial risk management framework, Z-score model, cash flow chart analysis and financial ratio analysis with correlation theory of financial management, to do this research of financial risk of Bohai Leasing. This paper also combine the financial statements in recent years to do a research of asset structure. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions of how to strengthen financial risk management to financial leasing enterprise.
