The Harmonious Evaluation Research On Green Sea View Houses In Warm Temperate Regions

With the rapid development of sea view room and increasing popularity of the green building market, our country’s green seascape housing market began to open. Green sea view houses in the Warm temperate regions because of cheap, attracted many buyers who are longing for the living life towards the sea, with spring flowers blossoming", but cash-strapped, which largely promotes the rapid development of green seascape market. Warm temperate region itself, there is flawed due to climate caused by the effect of the sea to live year-round residential is unhappy, coupled with that the rapid development produced the emergence of "There is no amount of quality", often discordant problem everywhere. How to ease the disharmony of green sea view residential market in the warm temperate regions and improve the harmony of green seascape residential is becoming an urgent problem in front of us.Based on the study of the domestic green house evaluation system, residential harmony evaluation related research and system theory, harmony theory at home and abroad, made an analysis of the current discord problem of green house with sea views, and described the relevant factors of green sea view house that included four aspects of consumer demand factors, external environmental factors of residential, residential interior functional components, residential connotation thematic elements in warm temperate regions, and made an analysis of the harmony of the house. This article focused on building the foundation of mathematical description of harmony and the residences’ harmony evaluation system based on harmony theory of, which provided a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the harmony of green seascape house in warm temperate regions. Finally, this article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of improving the harmony of green sea view houses in warm temperate regions from four perspectives that include developers, architects, construction units, property company and government agencies.The innovation of this paper is to place harmony theory for the evaluation of harmony of sea view residential, while building the evaluation method based on consumer demand and residential products, which can meet customer needs and meet product-level harmony in order to achieve a higher degree of harmony house. This can not only reduce the vacancy rate to green house with sea views in warm temperate regions, and improve economic housing; at the same time can improve the utilization of scarce resources of sea view, and reduce the waste of resources, and protect the coastal environment, and improve residential environment and social benefits. This study expects to provide a new way for real estate developers, government departments and other subjects, and provide a quantitative analysis method for the evaluation of research.
