Research On Intensive Financial Management In Electric Power Company In X Province

With the deepening reform of electric power system and the continuous changes in operating environment about electric power industry, in the power company, the mode of financial management must be transformed from a decentralized, extensive mode into a intensive and detailed pattern, aiming to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace and realize sustainable development of the grid. Intensive financial management, a type of centralized and effective and detailed financial management, refers to the modern information technology by the methods, "strong managerial capability and benefit creation" as the core concept, the features of the networking measures, business flow control, financial centralization, the delayering, real-time monitoring, book-accounting standardization, budget modeling, service individuation, improving financial control ability and business operation efficiency and benefit in the enterprise.In this paper, the author adopted the method of theoretical analysis and case study. Based on the theory about the existing intensive financial management, the views are expounded about the definition and connotation and characteristics of financial intensive management and the implementing significance and the goal, comparing the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional financial management mode with financial intensive management, using the experience of financial intensive management from the domestic and foreign enterprise groups. According to the characteristics of financial intensive management in X electric power corporation, the author described present situation of financial management and made an analysis of the reasons for the existing problems, focusing on the design of the general frame and realization in main components about the financial intensive management implementing mode in the electric power company in X Province, describing measures to guarantee the implementation of the modeling design on the financial intensification, evaluating the effects on the financial intensive management, and made the overall conclusion on the intensive financial management in the power company.From the point of view of the financial management in the electric power company, according to the requirements for electric power company under the current macro-economic environment, based on the theory about intensive financial management, it is very useful to explore the financial intensive management model for the power company’s ai the existing level, to improve the business development with the scientific management, to maximize the business value of the electric power company. It can also be used for reference on the implementation of intensive financial management in other enterprises.
