Endowment insurance is an important part of the social security of the overall economic development and stable relation. New C hina was founded in 1951, pension insurance,has been nearly 60 years of history and in social life plays an important role 1990 s, in order to promote economic reform and respond to the impact of population aging on the pension system,the C hinese pension system was reformed,restructured as part of the fund system. In the pension reform achieved remarkable results, but also there are some flaws and problems.Like many post-socialist economy in the early 1990 s,Mongolia has inherited an extensive social welfare system,including mandatory retirement pension plan,disability and survival of the welfare state support. Mongolia,the pension system has undergone major reforms,including becoming contribution plan in 1994.This study of C hina and Mongolia historical review of the pension system, the status quo and development trend analysis to explore,compare the two pension insurance policies,differences in implementation of the project,the role and influence,hoping to get useful inspiration.The first chapter is describes the purpose and significance of topics,current research and research methods in this article.The second chapter is describes the evolution and development status of the two pension insurance history.The third chapter is comparison of the pension system between China and Mongolia. First,it has been common pension and summarized. Then on country-specific pension model were compared.The fourth chapter is two countries the pension system analyzes different underlying causes,mainly from the economic,demographic, and cultural analysis of three aspects.The fifth chapter is the development trend of China’s experience with Mongolia pension security.
