With deepening financial reform, financial innovation products constantly emerging, Shadow banking came into being in this situation, different scholars from their own understanding to define the shadow banking, the author according to the literatures, combined with my own understanding to claim is as follows:the shadow banking is a supplement to the traditional financial institutions, is a financial intermediary service institutions. With credit, time limit and liquidity transformation effect, less or is not subject to regulatory oversight, leverage and time limit, the characteristics of the mismatch in the domestic main forms are:forms of commercial bank’s off-balance sheet financing, and collections, folk finance, non-bank finance lease and pawn shops, etc.Financing difficult problem is always a big problem in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, SMEs has made a larger contribution to the economic development of our country, how reasonable solution to SMEs financing difficult problem is also the focus of the government in recent years, and developed a series of policies to support them. SMEs because of the financial information system, and not high credit rating, while loans to banks and other formal financial institutions faced with more restrictions. The shadow banking brings to the SMEs financing the development of new ideas, How to use the shadow banking funding the development of SMEs and to seek reasonable ways to control shadow banking risks are the focus of this article. Shadow banks to a certain extent, solve the problem of financing difficulties of SMEs at the same time, some of its own flaws and irregularities, also makes the small and medium-sized enterprise financing unnecessary risks, this article also puts forward some reasonable suggestions in order to solve this problem, in order to financial market standardization and steady development of SMEs, and the shadow banking further toward legal and standardization play some role in promoting.Previous literature only unilateral analysis of shadow banking financing channels, the paper drafting process, the use of a certain length to introduce the current traditional financing channels for SMEs, and to introduce the use of these channels leads to several major financing channels shadow banks. And the risk of policy recommendations for different parts of the bank in the form of a shadow existence in the financing process gives some solutions.
