This paper first introduces the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research contents, research methods and innovations. Based on this, expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of modern urban agriculture. In this paper, through the analysis PESTEL model, therefore the analysis of Shijiazhuang environment for the current condition of developing of modern urban agriculture is conducted. From Shijiazhuang city based on the basic situation of the current development of modern urban agriculture, expounds the overall development thought, the main development pattern and specific industry development situation, points out the main problems existing in the development of modern urban agriculture, the foundation for the following research. In view of the main problems, find out why, and provide the basis for Shijiazhuang modern urban agriculture development countermeasures and suggestions.
