In the operational process of supply chain, the core enterprise often relies on its core position to squeeze its upstream enterprises. It always transfers financial pressure to the upstream enterprises by the way of receiving products before payment. Considering the long-term cooperation with the core enterprise in the future, the upstream enterprises agree with this behavior, which makes them have a large number of accounts receivable and lack of liquidity. Due to the week comprehensive strength and lack of mortgage assets, the upstream enterprises can hardly get loans from banks, which make them trap into the development bottleneck. Account receivable financing of supply chain finance brings convenience for the upstream enterprises to get loans. It can allocate the credit effectively, which makes banks regard the enterprises in the supply chain as a unit, so the upstream enterprises can get the financing by relying on the core enterprise, and their relationship can be closer. At the same time, the banks can gain more revenue.By intergrading theory with practice, this paper analyzes supply chain finance and emphatically elaborates the process of account receivable financing. By establishing the credit risk evaluation quota system, using multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisement method, we can evaluate the credit risk of the loans. In order to improve the creditability of the evaluation result, we analyze a signaling game model. For the sake of controlling the credit risk, we put forward some suggestions about the operation of loan business. In addition, this paper creates a pricing model of account receivable financing to discuss the differences between centralized and decentralized decision making and find that centralized decision making will bring a better result. The research of this paper can provide the quantitative basis of decision making for the upstream enterprises, the core enterprise and the banks, besides, it can also provide methodological reference for the banks to manage the credit risk.
