Study On Tourism Land Management In Zhangjiajie

The rapid development of the tourism industry led to the development of a series of tourism industry, greatly promoted the development of China and even the world economy. The development of the tourism industry has a strong dependence on the land resource; it is a legacy to rely on social and natural resources industry. At present, the rapid development of tourism economy and the serious shortage of land resources, the escalation of conflicts, the heritage resources and ecological environment in tourism is concerned, the reasonable development and effective protection are equally important. Zhangjiajie with a unique world natural heritage-- Wulingyuan quartz sandstone peak forest landform and the Tujia culture as the representative of the regional culture, accelerate the regional tourism economy and tourism industry in Zhangjiajie province’s development, if the blind pursuit of the development of the tourism industry brought about by the short-term economic benefits, and over exploitation of Tourism resources, the wanton mass the development of tourism land, will seriously damage the ecological environment and natural resources, increase the difficulty of tourism resources protection of heritage sites.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research results, a case study of land use and management of the tourism resources, tourism in Zhangjiajie, the integrated use of a variety of research methods, combined with the theory of sustainable development, the interests of stakeholders theory and location theory, analysis of the Zhangjiajie tourism to solve land development and management problems in the process and the cause of these objective and subjective reasons for the problem. On this basis, put forward Zhangjiajie should be guided by the government, with the country’s new land policy, making the overall development policy and the goal of sustainable development of tourism; and according to the land use classification and division of regional tourism, the preparation of the regional special land planning, land reform and explore the diversity of the land transfer mode suit one’s measures to local conditions, to protect the interests of landless peasants; at the same time, to strengthen the management of the tourism with distinction, establish a sound legal policy and tourism land, irrational behavior to avoid land for tourism development and management in the process of the integrity of the original, and the comprehensive protection of world heritage, tourism land from commercial to predatory development. Finally, I hope this article on the Zhangjiajie tourism sustainable land utilization, scientific and effective management and control to provide reference, so as to promote Zhangjiajie’s tourism industry healthy, rapid, sustainable development.
