Research On Interactive Relationship Between Land Consolidation And New Countryside Construction

Under the new historical background, land consolidation and new countryside construction are the two main projects in rural areas. With the land consolidation and countryside construction increasing, land consolidation plays a huge role in improving the quality of the cultivated land and realizing the dynamic equilibrium of the cultivated land, besides, Land consolidation also ensures the safety of the grain. However, the land consolidation of our country stepped into the stage of the comprehensive consolidation till 2008, which was falling behind other countries. At present, the aim of land consolidation should not be limited to increasing cultivated land area. The protection of environment was put forward by our nation, while, combining farmland consolidation with village consolidation will promote the new countryside construction. Therefore, studying the relationship and interactive mechanism between land consolidation and new countryside construction so as to promote the healthy development of each other, to solve the “SANNON” questions, to realize the sustainable development of society and economy.On the basis of studies on land consolidation and new countryside construction made by other professors, this paper taking Ganluo District for example. Firstly, the relationship between land consolidation and countryside construction was analyzed theoretically in depth. Secondly, through the empirical research of Ganluo District by means of entropy method and mathematic quantitative evaluation models, the level of countryside construction in study area was obvious among Liangshan District. Thirdly, this paper by using statistical analysis method evaluated the benefit of land consolidation. At last, the related indicators of land consolidation and countryside construction were analyzed. Therefore, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) Land consolidation and new countryside construction show similarity in that the content of construction was overlapping, the purpose of construction was the same, the capital of construction was complementary.(2) In new countryside construction, each influencing indicator have different impact on the level of the construction. In this paper rural economy and regional basic were the main factors.(3) The benefit of land consolidation had its hysteresis. Through the assessment of land consolidation can provide reference for planning and implementation of consolidation.(4) Based on the related indicators, land consolidation was closely connected to the new countryside construction. Besides, land consolidation can promote the development of countryside construction.
