Geological team is both the basic unit of state-owned geological exploration institutions, and a main force of the geological prospecting to support the geological prospecting economy. It has tried to introduce enterprise-style management for geological team with the acceleration of the marketing process, conforming to the trend of the industry development and it has also been using as public affairs administration system for a long time. The system of selecting and appointing talent is not flexible. Staff and workers are lacking of initiative and creative ability. All this have restricted the economic development. Comparing with other geological enterprises, the personnel structure is not reasonable, the base for inner management is weak, and the comprehensive competitiveness is not strong enough, so it’s urgently to improve the management of human resources and the development for adapting to the unit’s development strategy.How to change the old thinking pattern of employment and standardized the process of recruit management, effectively to judge the results, processes and methods for recruitment, and improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment are the most important subjects for all leaders and HR department which is also the theme for the thesis.Based on the advanced theory and latest achievements of recruitment management, by means of literature review, survey and field interview, this article expounds on the current condition of recruitment management in No 313 geological team. It also pointed out the problems now existing in the recruitment management, for example, the idea of the recruitment management is obsolete, lack of HR expertise and human resource programming, post setting is but a empty shell, recruiting plan for implementation is over simplified, recruitment propagation haven’t been received sufficient attention., interview process are highly de-normalized, lack of evaluation mechanism. Then, the improving scheme was suggested. In the meantime, with the integration of management and technology, the paper has designed information system application program. At last, a series of guarantee measurements, such as leadership guarantee, organizational guarantee, institutional guarantee and cultural guarantee have been set down to insure the successful enforcement of this plan.One of the characteristics of this paper is the application of systematic thought, combining the recruitment management with the strategy and other parts of human resource management such as training, performance and payment, not considering the improvement of recruitment management solely. It can promote the realization of the overall strategic target and the improvement of other work through comprehensive improvement in the management of recruitment. It is also a small system by itself for recruitment, mainly include recruitment management concepts, recruiting plan, recruiting channels, recruiting schedule, assessment methods to select candidates, assessment of recruitment effect. It brings the whole level of recruitment management up to a new aspect by refining and perfecting every link and making them connect effectively.This article brings assessment into the recruitment management, evaluates the effect of recruiting, recruitment process and recruiting tool, and evaluates the reliability and validity, and applies PDCA manage mode into recruitment management for incremental improvements. With each hire for No.313 geological team, the recruitment process would be reviewed, the shortcomings and deficiencies existing in it will be found, and then put forward measures and approaches for improvement. The next job would be better. Continuous ascending PDCA ran through the whole recruitment progress can promote and enhance the level of human resource management.Although there is no detailed information for information system application, but it can broad the human resource managers’ view, which is an important way to improve recruitment of No 313 Geological Team. The improved scheme could have contributed to develop scientific, normative and efficient recruiting management system, according to their own specific situation and brand developing strategies for other geological team, and is helpful to recruit the required personnel.
