| Along with the constant development of China’s economic, energy consumption continues to increase and energy problems have attracted extensive attention. In recent years, the government developed energy conservation policies and measures actively, and encouraged the whole society, especially the enterprises to actively participate in energy conservation efforts. The enterprise energy saving activities is the main body of whole social activities. It is increasingly becoming the hot issues in the academic community how the enterprises achieve the goal of saving energy. Enterprise energy issue is a complex problem related to the interests of the whole society parties. The governments’, universities’, institutions’ science and technology contributions are also closely linked to enterprises’ energy conservation activities. Therefore, integrating all the advantages of social subjects and forming the ―GUII‖ cooperation strength are particularly important to enterprises’ participating in energy conservation activities. At present, GUII energy saving cooperation in domestic is short, and all this limited to the form of bilateral or trilateral cooperation. GUII energy saving cooperation focus on the collection, processing, sorting and transformation of the basic data of energy consumption, and energy saving information is delivered among the main energy saving body effectively. Clearly border the concept of GUII energy saving cooperation helps eliminate the hidden danger which brought by the asymmetry of the information among the main energy saving subjects, thereby establish benign mechanism of enterprise energy-saving, and promote to achieve the goal of energy saving.Therefore, based on real background of the investigation of Tianjin active boiler using situation, former studies and theories about GUII cooperation were reviewed.After synthesized incentive theory and mechanism design theory, and we systematically researched the incentive mechanism of GUII cooperation which the research field is enterprise energy saving by mains of qualitative and quantitative method and mathematical model. by discussing the connotation of the GUII cooperation in energy saving, and based on the mechanism design theory to obtain the optimal GUII cooperation mechanism model in energy conservation. Mathematical model cannot be separated from the actual situation. To this end, this thesis used statistical analysis methods to analyze the feedback of energy conservation participants of ―GUII‖, and provided the best mechanism choice for ―GUII‖ cooperation on the premise of the results of the research. Finally, we put forward the corresponding suggestions of GUII cooperation mechanism model in energy conservation in Tianjin, so as to provide reference practice model for Tianjin cooperation energy saving mechanism. |
