In today’s world, Salary levels of employees in most companies frequently depend on their duties or administrative grade, which means an employee in the company, the higher positions he/she held, the more wages, bonuses, welfare and so on he/she would earn. In contrast, if an employee has no position or lower position in the company, then without promotion no matter how good he/she works on his/her level for the company, he could not reach a higher level of remuneration. How to design a compensation system, enabling enterprises to get rid of the traditional pattern defects which cause enterprises trap into the Peter Principle is an important issue in the world today. Now Broadband Payment System seems to be a very effective solution for this problem. In this thesis, LY company as an instance, the integrated use of relevant theories relating to human resources management compensation management, refer to the theoretical study abroad Broadband compensation design and actual cases, combined with the actual situation of the company and industry characteristics of LY, by asking questions, analysis problems, theoretical research, questionnaires and other research methods. Focusing on the issues of LY currently practiced traditional pay system and highlights for analysis, find the corresponding solution. According to the prerequisite of the company’s current situation, designed broadband pay system which would be fit for LY. Analyzed the implementation of broadband pay system, there may be problems and the implementation of safeguards, thus enabling enterprises to establish an effective compensation system and more efficient flat organizational structure, optimize company’s HR system. Meanwhile, through this research we hope that we could provide references for those companies may face the same problem.
