With talent competition becoming increasing fierce,organizational managers began to pay more and more attention to organizational attractiveness.On the one hand, these industries also need a large number of outstanding talent,because talent is the important part of the organization,therefore,The organizations strive for capable people to organizational effectiveness. Organizational attractiveness have a positive effect on potential employees’ job attitude,job search behavior,and is beneficial to enhance the performance of the internal staff. Therefore, under the condition of the new era, our organizational attractiveness need to be researched and improved quickly.Meanwhile, human resource has been an essential kind of resource for the organization, and the organization’s operation efficiency is determined by the employees’ performance to a large extent. As a result, the organizations have been making great efforts to improve the employee’s performance by various ways and means. And it has been verified that the employee’s person-organization fit perception has positive efforts on work attitudes, behaviors and outcomes, which means that the employees’ performance can be improved with the improvement of person-organization fit perception. Therefore, it is important for the organization to understand the construct dimensions of person-organization fit perception and the efforts of fit perception on the employee’s performance.This study target doctors, teacher and civil servants as the object,and used the person-organization fit theory and instrumental-symbolic theory.This study used the method of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, developed the scale of organization attributes and revised the scale of organizational identity and the scale of organizational attractiveness first,and then completed preliminary survey. Through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the formal questionnaires were formed. After the formal testing, this study tested reliability and validity of the scales, the results showed the reliability and validity of the scales are good. The dimensions of this scales are as follows :Organizational instrumental attributes contains personal development, team cooperation, compensation system, job security and discipline management,organizational symbolic attributes contains professional,sincerity,excitement and reputation. Person-organization fit contains needs-supplies fit and demands-abilities fit two dimensions organizational attractiveness contains identification to leaders,sense of belonging,sense of membership,and identification to battle companion. Organizational attractiveness is a single dimension structure.Total of 700 doctors, teachers and civil servants from the people’s of Changsha, Changde, and Yueyang in this study were adopted random sampling, from aspects of identity,Gender, marital status,education background, length of service, the distribution character was explored and the correlation of the organizational attributes and organizational attractiveness(employees)was discussed. The mainly results about employees are as follows:On the demographic variables of employees,the records of some dimensions were significantly difference, such as, on the dimension of “personal development and compensation system”,the records of master degree or above were significant higher than others.(2) There was positive correlation between the whole and the other organizational attributes and organizational attractiveness(employees);and there was positive correlation between the whole and the other organizational attributes and organizational attractiveness(employees).(3)Personal development,team cooperation, compensation system,job security and discipline management which belong to instrumental attributes are related to organizational attractiveness(employees). professional,sincerity and reputation are related to organizational(employees).(4)Person-organization fit has partly mediating effect between symbolic attributes, instrumental attributes and organizational attractiveness(employees).Besides,total of 550 undergraduate job seekers(junior and senior students) from Hunan normal university, Changsha University of Science and Technology and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in this study were adopted random sampling, from aspects of gender, major and business history,the distribution character were explored and the correlation of the organizational attributes and organization attractiveness was discussed. The mainly results of potential employees are as follows:(1)On the demographic variables of job seekers, the records of some dimensions were significantly difference,such as, on the dimension of “ team cooperation and discipline management”, the records of female college students were significant higher than male college students.(2)There was positive correlation between the organizational attributes and organizational attractiveness.And there was positive correlation between the symbolic attributes and organizational attractiveness.(3)personal development,team cooperation, job security and discipline management which belong to instrumental attributes are related to organizational attractiveness. Professional and prestige are related to organizational attractiveness.(4)Person organization fit has partly mediating effect between symbolic attributes, instrumental attributes and organizational attractiveness.Finally, this study compared the survey results of active duty personnel with college students seekers, the comparison results are as follows:(1) Active duty personnel attach more importance to the organization symbolic attributes.(2) College students seekers pay more attention to organization instrumental attributes.
