Study On Effectiveness Of IT Technical Experts Team

With the research on team effectiveness of more and more scholars, affecting team effectiveness of dimension and structure is more and more rich and perfect, the theory of team effectiveness is more and more team members and team manager for reference, and in the daily management and operation team, playing an important role in guiding.At present, the study of team effectiveness is composed of special groups, is in need of further improvement and expansion, in order to make the research results more close to the actual. Part of this research by the IT technical expert team as the research object, from the perspective of self management perspective, discusses the factors influencing the IT technical expert team effectiveness and its structural dimensions, technical expert team in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shandong and other places more than 100 IT vendors, integrators, enterprises as samples, construction and validate the concept model of IT technical expert team effectiveness.In this paper, with the significant characteristics of IT technical expert team and its members is effective, what important influence factors of IT technical expert team effectiveness is what, IT technical expert team how to measure, how to construct a concept model of IT technical expert team effectiveness of these four problems as the main line, in order to solve the problem for the purpose, based on literature research and semi-structured interviews, a questionnaire is designed the effectiveness and impact factors of IT technology team of experts, the use of social statistical analysis software SPSS (19) on 300 valid sample data received in the scale of project analysis, quality analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis, the use of social statistical analysis software AMOS (19) to the conceptual model of IT technology expert team effectiveness of path analysis.In this paper, through the analysis and summary of the results, to solve four problems are presented in the paper, and drew the following conclusions:(1) The certificate management is the most significant characteristic of the IT technical experts.(2) The concept of team effectiveness model of IT technical expert conforms to IPO model, in which the input factors (I) composed of "self management" and "environmental impact", process factor (P) is composed of "team ability", the output factors (O) composed of "team performance and team satisfaction.(3) three levels of self management, environmental impact, the team ability will have a significant positive effect on IT technical expert team effectiveness, team ability which the greatest impact, followed by the environmental impact, self management.(4) the ability of the team plays a mediating role in the concept of the effectiveness of IT technical expert team model.(5)the difference of population statistic characteristic part will have a significant positive effect on IT technical expert team effectiveness.Based on the research results, puts forward the IT technology team of experts to enhance the effectiveness of the proposed, and directions for future research are prospected and content.The innovation of this research is mainly reflected in the following three aspects, one is to "this special group of IT technical expert team" as the object of study, two main factors affecting team effectiveness is put forward from "self management" perspective, the three is put forward for the conceptual model of IT technical expert team effectiveness.
