The Study Of Financial Risk Control On KD Company

Recently, with the rapid development of China’s agriculture, food industry,cosmetics industry, which vigorously promote the development of packaging industry, thereby boosting forward the development of membrane industry. Prospective Industrial Research Institute released the "Analysis of 2014-2018 China plastic membrane manufacturing industry sales demands and investment forecast", which shows that the output value of membrane amount to RMB 219.186 billion, including sales revenue of RMB 217.951 billion in 2012. At the same time, China’s output of plastic membrane increases every year, with an average annual growth rate of 15%, and China’s output of plastic membrane will reach 19,578,600 tons by 2017.In addition, during the period of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan", China’s plastic membrane market will remain above 20% of capacity expansion. It is expected that the plastic membrane output will reach RMB 542.331 billion by 2017. This shows that China’s plastic membrane industry is going through an important period of rapid development. But meanwhile the development of membrane industry is also influenced by the macroeconomic environment, national policy, decision-making, management and other factors so that the it is also facing a variety of internal and external risks, especially embodies in financial risk.On the basis of relative risk control theory, this paper will take advantage of normative research and case study, which includes five parts. The first part is an introduction of the paper, which generally presents the research background, significance, research status and research ideas,etc. to make a general introduction; The second part introduces the basic theory of financial risk control, theoretically explaining the financial risk control and its concept; The third part is an introduction of KD company’s financial situation; The fourth part is a practical analysis of to KD company’s risk control ability; Part five, which is the last part of the paper, presenting some amendments and suggestions a to KD company’s insufficiency.Doing a good financial risk control of a company seems to become an important indicator to evaluate a comprehensive strength of the company, so it is important to strengthen the financial risk control ability. On the basis of relative research results on financial risk control from home and abroad, in this paper the author combines the research on financial risk control of famous membrane industry KD company in Zhang Jiagang City, Jiangsu Province during the internship so as to provide experience for other membrane industry in China.The innovation and significance of this paper is to analyze and discuss the methods to scientifically and effectively improve the company’s financial risk control ability on the basis of mature financial risk control theory from home and abroad, combining specific case of KD company. All in all, this paper provides some reference value of financial risk control for similar enterprises at home and abroad.
