Study On The Problems Existing In The China’s Banking Regulatory System And Countermeasures

Strengthen China’s banking regulatory system is to maintain social stability, ensure the safety of the bank operation and healthy development of the basic premise is to guarantee the basic requirement of the banking system,financial market has been developed rapidly. As the change of financial globalization, China’s financial reform further increase fast china’s banking sector will face the international economy; the influence of foreign Banks entering is a huge challenge.The concept and technology of financial supervision has changed great deal. With the development of international financial,and the market’s reform deepen in china,our banking industry achives great progress in supervision management and economic groth, at the same time, our countrys’ bank is faced with certain imperative problems.To this, how to strengthen China’s banking regulatory system once again becomes a research focus.In this paper, it is main line that improving China’s banking regulation ability as the main line with comparative analysis. On the base of analysing the domestic and foreign research present situation, we have studied the problems existing in the China’s banking regulatory system, and the countermeasures of improving China’s banking regulation ability.
