The company who has owned the top talent,, will be the domain position in the current dynamic environment internally and externally. The company will lose the foundation of survival and growing opportunities without the talent advantage.SKF Jinan company has the people demand increase due to the company growing quickly and expansion. Currently the competency of frontline workers, management and core technical engineers has the big gap with company requirements as the same as the office staffs, who lack of execution ability. The root cause is that the talent strategy does not match company real situation. It needs to be utilized and design again. Otherwise, it will be the block of the company development..This article has designed the company strategic recruitment process, training solution, career path, talent management and strategic payment module etc by using the method of literature research and empirical research, and provide the specific proposal and solution, expand the application scope of strategic HR management theory and principle, can be strongly as the reference for the domestic similar companies.
