SQ company is the backbone of the heavy trucks production industry in China. Since WTO opened the door for China, marketing of HR management could not meet the development of society. Particularly with the transformation of marketing competition mode. While there is a huge gap between management mode in China and international marketing demand. What we have to do is to specially design a scheme of HR combined with company’s present situation and then settle a strong foundation to achieve sustainable development.After the complete analysis of former data, the author has grasped all situation of company’s staff management as well as the main problem of present HR mechanism, which includes that the situation can’t meet marketing demand, incomplete talents management, that the total quantity of top talents can’t follow the development of company, that the comprehensive quality of talent needs improving. The key point is top talents team construction based on own talents cultivated combined with introducing some top talents who are deadly needed, putting forward an implement strategy, based on extruding the key point to different position and building a HR plan suitable for company’s development, which includes making the plan of talent cultivation with higher level, training talents on technology with comprehensive competence of all staff improved, reaching the goal resources optimized from cultivation, introduction. Motivation, application four aspects to improve talents training quality, realizing talents system innovation, enhancing comprehensive competence of Human Resource by present talents in company.During the process of research, the author highlighted the importance of combination between theory and practice, combined present situation of company, completed making HR plan, acknowledged the details via various way, fully explored the problem of the talent work and found a circle of talents development plan, which is not only beneficial for ability improvement, reaching the goal of resource optimization, but also good for supplying a wonderful marketing competition condition, the research fully played an important role during the development of SQ company.
