With the aggravation of the market competition and market globalization, service has already become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially in the era of Internet, the degree of importance of customer service becoming more and more important:the distance between the enterprises and customers becomes more and more close, the terminal customer discourse power is more and more high, how to provide the customers with products and services of high value high experience that is not only confined to the single product cooperation, more concerned about the long-term sustainability of the customers and maintain cooperative relations become the goal which the enterprise pursues. In the Internet era background, traditional enterprises transformation, continuous innovation and transformation in order to seek the new change with the changes of the times and the needs of the customers of commercial pattern.The Saifei company predecessor is a traditional software company, long-term commitment to provide solutions of enterprise internal coordination office for domestic small and medium enterprises. In 2013 September to begin formal turn to Internet Co, the strategic goal at this stage is the fast access to customer by way of free product, and by providing high quality service and customer maintain a long-term relations of cooperation, through such a large number of users use the system, access to large amounts of data into the analysis of all kinds of statistics, and for small businesses, government agencies to provide domestic in required for the industry, region or different business data analysis. In the actual operation of the process, the customer is willing to share their true data security and confidentiality considerations based on the general will, which we need to reassure customers in good faith the professional conduct of user data security, service personnel and enterprise, as the company’s service concept of "my heart, your peace of mind". Therefore, how to minimalist efficient products allow customers to use and can bring real value, its at the same time, is willing to work with an open mind, rest assured that the data stored in the cloud server company, is Saifei company to the big direction of data operation challenges.This paper hope that through the construction scheme research on Saifei company customer service system, can help the Saifei company to build a high performance team, set up a set of suitable for enterprise development service system, achieved through guarantee customer satisfaction to support the strategic objectives of the company. At the same time, we hope to start-up stage and development stage of Internet enterprise service system provides some reference to build.
