Catering industry as one of China’s tertiary industry in the traditional service industry, is an important part of the tertiary industry, its stimulating consumer demand and promoting economic growth played an important role. In addition, the restaurant industry is also promoting employment, prosperity of the market and improve the quality of people’s living standards, etc., have made a useful contribution. Pub industry as part of the restaurant industry, has developed very rapidly in recent years, however, with many catering businesses, pubs industry faces a single business model, lack of personality characteristics, products and services homogeneity serious shortcomings, the industry is extremely competitive. So, how in the analysis on the basis of the existing market, identify coping strategies, thereby gaining a place in the market catering industry in the Red Sea, is the thing which every tavern practitioners need to seriously think about.In this paper, "Farm Tavern" project start point, first explained the background of the project, then the project for profit model, competitive strategy, specialty products and services for a simple introduction; secondly by using Porter’s five forces model, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis tools such as pub industry competitive market environment is analyzed; again through marketing theory, market segmentation and market positioning, development of related marketing strategies; Finally, according to the theory of financial management, forecasting the financing needs of the project, analysis possible risks, risk control measures proposed to provide a reliable guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
