LS group, founded in 1953, is the leading enterprises, founder of China’s petrochemical equipment industry and China’s energy equipment industry, business covers real estate, equipment manufacturing and modern services. The equipment manufacturing industry has three technology R & D and manufacturing base, Lanzhou City, Lanzhou New District and Qingdao Development Zone. The company covers an area of nearly 6000 acres, more than 7200 employees, the products are sold to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. As a veteran of state-owned enterprises, LS group experienced a number of wage reform, the salary management transition from planned economy to market economy. In 2013, the group put forward the "1333" development strategy, comprehensively promote the transformation and leapfrog development.Study on the optimization of the salary system of this paper, to provide personnel support for the group’s equipment manufacturing industry development strategy. By analyzing the existing problems of the original compensation management system, the use of MBA course of the compensation theory, incentive theory, compensation theory and method, proposed a scheme to optimize the salary system of LS group of equipment manufacturing industry, to solve the existing problems. Through the optimization of the salary system, effectively resolve the conflict between internal staff income imbalance, improve employee satisfaction to salary management, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and the enthusiasm, lay the basis for talent for the development of the group.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, put forward the question, introduces the research background and significance, research contents and methods as well as the research mentality and the frame. The second chapter is an overview of the theory, the compensation theory to define the related concepts, such as the definition and the classification, the structure of compensation. The third chapter, analysis of the current compensation system of LS group of equipment manufacturing industry, to find the existing problems of the compensation system, put forward the necessity and objectivity of salary system optimization. The fourth chapter is to optimize LS group equipment manufacturing industry compensation system, research and analysis the ideas and principles of salary system optimization, set up the salary system to adapt to the group’s overall control and strategic development. The fifth chapter, LS group equipment manufacturing industry to optimize the implementation of the program of salary system, including the implementation of the steps, methods and processes. The sixth chapter, the conclusion, summarizes the results of this study, points out the existing problems, puts forward some innovative views and opinions.
