The Development Research Of M Electric Appliances Logistics System On The Basis Of TPL Thery

Household electrical appliance enterprises are facing a strange phenomena, while the cost of operation is waying up, but the selling price of their product is going down. At the same time the electrical appliances product renewal speed has reached an precedended level. Under such circumtance, if the enterprises want to achieve sustained profit and increase their market share, they need to reduce the operation costs as well as improve product innovation and marketing. Foreign home appliance giants has imporved their supply chain response time but also bring down the operation costs by subcontract the logistic work to the Third Party Logistics (TPL), Domestic household electrical appliance enterprises have been losing the low costs advantages, which they had before.This research starts with the current situation of the logistic management level of our demestic home appliance enterprises. Secondly the writer analysis and compared different logistics management methods used in the home appliance industry. Thirdly based on the present situation and existing problems of M company, writer designed an integration scheme based on third party logistics (TPL). By implementation of this optimization scheme, we will be able to achieve a much more compact organization, more effective flow or procedures, less inventory, ect. In order to impement this scheme,4 pre-conditions need to be achieved. First, form a trategic partership with TPL. Second, Build and share the same IT system. Third, design and build the SOP together.
