Research On Staff Incentive Mechanism Of C Company

In the increasingly competitive economy, human resources management has become an important guarantee for the development of enterprises. Incentives mechanism is an important method and means. Therefore, establishing effective incentive mechanism, enrich and perfect the effective management of human resources, enhance staff motivation, create wealth for the enterprise, is the key for enterprises to obtain the competitive position.Effective incentive mechanism can meet the needs of employees, inspire staff enthusiasm and play a role in raising labor productivity; invalid incentive mechanism neglect the needs of employees, staff lack of sense of fairness and justice, causes the ideological slack and action lag. If the enterprises want to maintain its vitality in the market competition, need to be based on its national conditions, learn the valuable experience of practice of incentive mechanism in foreign enterprises, to achieve the overall efficiency and enterprise fruitful results, ensure the steady development.This paper reviews the main motivation theory, Company C as an example, introduced company C present situation and current situation of material incentives, spiritual encouragement, promotion and training incentives, pointing out that the presence of C company employee incentive problems, and investigates the satisfaction among 200 employees, collect feedback satisfaction, combined survey results and statistics, the use of the relevant principles of economics to management, in order to the rank, education, age of dimensions, analyze the effectiveness of different preferences and incentives groups of employees. Finally, combining with the problems and analysis of company C, raise suggestions for improvements.
