Manifesting For Carbon Products In Agricultural Activities And Docking With The Finance Market

Global climate changing is an important issue which attracts significant attention from the society currently. In order to deal with it, most nations make effort on reducing the amount of greenhouse exhaust produced. Carbon exchange market begins to merge, develop and mature. Now there are experimental carbon exchanges in China. Meanwhile carbon exchange will be a primary promotion concern by the Chinese government as a new kind of market exchange. The loess plateau farmland returning area Nangou is regarded as a demonstrating area as it has a great potential in carbon exchange. However, the value of carbon exchange produced in agricultural activities will not be reflected in the incoming of farmers without government subsidiary, which will greatly reduce the enthusiasm in farmland returning and low carbon producing activities. This will impede the exploiting of carbon exchange potential.This paper based on the Nangou farmland returning area, trying to introduce the market economics mechanism, designing a flow-area unit based agricultural carbon product revealing mode and the interface to carbon market, to optimize the social resources allocation in this area.This paper is organized into six sections. Section one introduces background knowledge,main idea and frame, and potential creativity. Section two explains the basic concepts and the economic theory of carbon exchanging market. Section Three describes issues related to how the agricultural products enter the carbon market, including the necessity of concreting the carbon products and existing problems, and how the carbon products and agriculture interacts with the carbon market, laying the foundation for the following two sections which describes the design of concreting carbon products and the interface to market. Section Four based on the instance of Nangou county, illustrates the designing of carbon products concreting mode in agricultural activities. Section Five based on the concreting mode designed in Section Four,designs its interface to carbon market. Section Six proposes potential policy based on the previous results. The major conclusions in this paper include:(1) Found the primary reason that why agriculture didn’t participate in the carbon exchanging market. It is because the significant impact on the net carbon trade amount the different production modes o f fanners and the high overhead o f entering the market for individual farmer.(2) Based on the fact that there is significant difficulty for individual farmer entering the carbon exchanging market directly, we designed the reporting and registration system for their production details according to the Nangou instance, guaranteed by verifying the net carbon amount provided by farmers. Concreting by collecting the net carbon amount o f fanners by a carbon exchanging sendee agent.(3) As the carbon exchange formation is complicated and plenty o f factors influences net carbon exchange, the paper proposes to use the net carbon exchange in agricultural activities as carbon product to participate in carbon market by way o f deal spot, which is a trasaction mode for agriculture to enter carbon market primarily.(4) Given the production and management conditions in the loess plateau farmland returning area Nangou, the paper discovers that establishing Nangou carbon service station is beneficial for gathering the carbon exchange produced by scattered peasants.household production and managenient activitiies as it can form large carbon pool, which is a foundation for entering the carbon market.(5) Referring to the advanced experience o f carbon exchange mode home and abroad, concerning the factual conditions o f the loess plateau familand returning area Nangou and on condition that the government coerces Nangou carbon service station to decrease emission, the paper designs an arrangement to make Nangou carbon service station enterpreneurial and to have double status o f both carbon emission rights buyer and supplier in order to adapt to the rules o f carbon market and integrate into it.
