Effective supply chain management is very important in improving the competitiveness of enterprise. During the Just In Time production on assembly enterprise, parts supply logistisc is closely linked to the production planning because of the the varied types and large quantity, so how to improve the efficiency of parts supply logistics is the key content of this paper..By means of the third part logistics’ s(3PL) advanced logistics technology and management ability, the assembly enterprise can optimize the parts supply logistics mode and the third part logistics’ s distribution center process, this method greatly enhance the overall efficiency of logistics.This paper analysis the traditional Milkrun mode’s value stream and summarizes the traditional Milkrun inbound logistics mode’s disadvantages: Ignore the material supply demands bewteen the suppliers and the shortcoming of logistics ability on suppliers and assembly enterprise. In order to solve the problems, this paper puts forward the 3PL Mixed Milkrun inbound logistics mode, meanwihle designs the Mixed Milkrun evaluation system of 3PL enterprise and the organizational structure of 3PL Mixed Milkrun. In details, this paper designs the process of distribution center.On implementation of the 3PL Mixed Milkrun inbound logistisc mode, another problem needs to be solved is the optimization of Mixed Milkrun vehicle routing. In general parts distribution have time window, this paper analysis the characteristics of the 3PL Mixed Milkrun inbound logistics vehicle routing and establish the 3PL Mixed Milkrun vehicle routing mathematical modle with time window. This mode uses the simulated annealing algorithm to get the Mixed Milkrun vehicle routing.At the end of the paper, the 3PL Mixed Milkrun logistics mode is applied to the Hangzhou Power tools company G’s parts inbound logistics. Then the paper gets the 3PL Mixed Milkrun material loading schedule and time window and evaluates the effect of the 3PL Mixed Milkrun inbound logistics mode through data acquisition in order to verify the effectiveness of the 3PL Mixed Milkrun mode.
