| The wildlife resources are valuable natural resources in China, but for a long time, the neglect and excessive exploitation and utilization make the biodiversity of wildlife resources destroyed, wildlife resources are facing a serious threat to survival, the contradictions between the conservation and utilization of wildlife resources are more and more prominent, the number of wildlife resources in China presents a clear downward trend, more and more wildlife resources appear economic extinction and lose their use value.This paper, on the basis of wildlife resources commercial value classification system in China, determines the category and connotation of wildlife resources commercial value, and designs the dynamic estimation methods for every kind of wildlife resources commercial value. This paper aims to make people establish the correct concept of wildlife resources commercial value, provide reference and data support for the value estimation of ecological system and asset liability accounting of natural resources, and achieve the rational allocation of wildlife resources.This paper, on the basis of the value theory and price theory, according to commercial use form and situation of wildlife resources in China, based on improvement of the traditional value methods of wildlife resources, studies the dynamic estimation on wildlife resources commercial value in China. In this paper, the main work and research results areas follows:1. Build the wildlife resources commercial value classification system in China. In this paper, the wildlife resources commercial value is divided into consumptive use commercial value and the non consumptive use commercial value.2. Construct the dynamic estimation system of wildlife resources commercial value. This paper improves the traditional valuation methods, such as market value method, contingent valuation method, and travel cost method. In the improvement process, to the market value method, this paper uses the equilibrium price and the wildlife price in the benchmark instead of market price to reflect the real market price, to the contingent valuation method, this paper associates the willingness to pay with the number of wildlife to reflect the change in the relationship between willingness to pay and the number of wildlife, to the travel cost method, this paper associates the travel cost with the number of wildlife to reflect the change in the relationship between the travel cost and the number of wildlife.3. According to the wildlife resources commercial value classification system in China, using improved dynamic estimation methods, this paper designs the dynamic estimation formulas for every kind of wildlife resources commercial value.4. Choose Asian elephant and Musk deer as typical species for case study and analysis, to test the general applicability of commercial value classification system and classification estimation method system.5. Compare the commercial value of Asian elephant and Musk deer, this paper points out the differences, and analyses the dynamic estimation results in 2013.In the research content, the research topic and the research direction of this paper present the novelty, the related research is rare. In the research method, this paper adopts the combination of the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method, qualitative research is on the wildlife resources commercial value classification system, and the quantitative estimation method is on the dynamic estimation for the commercial value of the typical species. In the data acquisition, this paper uses the application of field investigation to get the Asian elephant data. |
