Research On The Effectiveness Of Technology And Financial Policies

Combination with technological innovation and financial innovation is a major strategic, which could improve China’s capacity for independent innovation for the future, achieve sustainable economic and social development, build an innovative country, and strengthen the international competitiveness. In recent years, in order to promote the development of science and technology enterprises, state and local governments have introduced a number of policies. So, how is the effectiveness of these policies? Given Jiangsu Province is one of the provinces in the development of science and technology finance earlier, in which technology and financial policies system tend to perfection and combination with technology and financial mechanisms continues to optimize, Therefore, the object of study is science and technology enterprises of 13 provincial cities in Jiangsu Province. And comparatively analyze the effects of different types of technology and financial policies on science and technology enterprises. On the basis of a combination of corporate life cycle theory, policy recommendations of Jiangsu Province are proposed.Currently analysis literatures about effectiveness of technology and financial policies are not many. Therefore, through case study and empirical analysis, the effectiveness of technology and financial policies are explored on the basis of 13 provincial cities in Jiangsu Province in 2005 and 2012 for the development of science and technology enterprises and policies.Five chapters are divided. Chapter one and chapter two mainly analyze the related theories concerning the effectiveness of technology and financial policies, including the concept of technology and finance and the development of government and the technology industry. Chapter three is about the empirical program. Chapter four analyzes technological enterprise performance and policy performance of 13 provincial cities in Jiangsu Province through descriptive statistics and gray correlation method. On this basis, combining with enterprise life cycle theory, policies to support the various life cycle stages of science and technology enterprises are proposed. Chapter five mainly generalizes the findings of this research.
