| China is a big agricultural country, however, agriculture has many risks as a weak industry. It breaks a new path to improve the farmers’ income and expand agricultural market economic benefit if agriculture is developed into a market-oriented and benefit-centered integrated industry. So it is necessary to promote agricultural industrialization which is a new agricultural developing pattern in order to enhance the economic benefit of agriculture.Based on literature review, firstly, basic theory of investment promotion and agricultural industrialization are discussed; then, developing process of agricultural industrialization of countries abroad and districts at home are analyzed and experience used for reference is summarized; and then, existing problems during the process of agricultural industrialization are summarized and SWOT method is used to analyzed the status of the investment promotion in Changyi City; finally, thoughts and strategies to promote the investment promotion of agriculture in Changyi City are researched.Researching results show that: the main factor that blocks rapid and steady development of agricultural industrialization is the lack of fund investment which hinder the expansion of agricultural industrialization, so the only road to develop agricultural economic development of Changyi City is the investment promotion; four important points of developing agricultural investment promotion are: 1. Integrating structure of investment promotion and constituting effective leading and supervising structures; 2. Reinforcing the constitution of troops of investment promotion and innovating the methods of investment promotion; 3. Constituting the strategies of investment promotion and developing plans scientifically; 4. Optimizing the investment circumstance and supplying servants of investment promotion.The researching results have theoretical and practical function to the development of investment promotion in agriculture of Changyi City. |
