The Study On Agricultural Industrialization And The Development Of County Economy In Dehui City

County economy acts as the conclusive element to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, to resolve the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and to ensure people a relative comfortable life. County development path, basically, is through the urbanization of rural areas, industrialization of rural areas and agriculture, the balance of the economic and social development between rural and urban areas, and the integrative development between urban and countryside. So the county economy development in agriculture-based counties should focus on "agriculture" and commence from"industry".As an important strategic choice to develop county economy, agricultural industrialization is internally related to different aspects and fields of county economy. The development of the county economy embodies"industrializing and urbanizing rural areas and modernizing agriculture" ,increasing farmers'income,and building a better-off rural community in an all-round way. All these aspects are closely related to the operation of agricultural industrialization. As an agriculture-based county, Dehui City is vigorously developing the industrial management of agriculture, and economy and society develops rapidly. Dehui City became the unique one in Jilin province, which be judged for one of the ten strong counties in northeast China's counties, so the model which Dehui City is developing has some representation. Based on the choice to development strategy of the counties, this thesis discusses the values and functions of agricultural industrialization and its nexus with other aspects in county economy development. It will provide reference and enlightenment for the agriculture-mainly counties in the northeastern region.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is introduction. It discuses the background, significance about the selected topic, and have studied current situation at home and abroad.The second part is theories about the county economy. It outlines the main economic connotation, characteristics, operation rules, theories about county's economic development, and finally summed up four modes that county economy develop.In the third part, this paper studies the case that Dehui City agricultural industrialization drives county economy to develop. First, the author analyses the evolution characteristic about Dehui City and the evolution is divided between the three stages of development .Then it analyses the current situation in Dehui City from five aspects that are position, resources, economy, space layout and ecology. It studies the interrelation between agricultural industrialization and county economic development. The fourth Part evaluates the level of economic development about Dehui City and the author use a method of vertical and horizontal evaluation. Meanwhile, the comprehensive evaluation system of county economic development has been structured from the development level, vitality, and development potential. Through these means, we defined the status of the Dehui City in Jilin province and the country, and identify its advantages and problems to promote economic development of Dehui city.In the last part, the paper finds some questions and countermeasures about the county development in Dehui city. The paper researches the questions and finds some measures to promote economic development of Dehui city from the industrial structure, infrastructure, agricultural industrialization development mechanism, financial capabilities, and the institutional mechanisms.
