Effect Of Logistics Industry Development In Gansu Province On Foreign Trade

In the present state of "One Belt and One Road" strategy, Gansu actively into the over all national strategy, put forward to build "the Silk Road Economic Belt gold". Gansu province can seize the opportunity to solve the bottleneck of economic development, the development of logistics is the key. Accordingly, to break the traditional pattern of logistics in gansu province, using its location advantage, built relatively perfect in functions of logistics infrastructure and information technology platform, cultivating big modern logistics enterprise, formed in the northwestern region of lanzhou as the center of radiation muti_function,specialization and informationization of logistics service network, as an important part of the "three longitudinal and five horizontal" national circulation node city, accelerate the development of logistics industry, the northwestern region of lanzhou city construction to become a modern logistics center. At the same time, the development of logistics industry,which is beneficial to optimizing the allocation of resources, promote the steady growth of foreign trade, gansu province, give full play to the functions of logistics for the promotion of gansu province foreign trade.This article first introduces the related research of the logistics industry and foreign trade, the current logistics in gansu province and analyzing the present situation and problems of foerign trade. Based on gansu province in 1995-2013, the logistics industry in gansu province andimport and export of relevant data, using the grey model, the empirical test and analysis method of elasticity makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the logistics and import and export. The results show that there exists a long-term and stable relationship between them and the granger causality of obvious, should vigorously develop the logistics industry in gansu province, the construction of logistics park in order to promote the development of foreign trade, this article also from the perspective of foreign trade for the future is the development of logistics industry in gansu province put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
