Today, in the environment of rapid development of economic globalization, It’s important for enterprises to select the appropriate suppliers, It can reduce operational costs and delivery time. Similarly, choosing the wrong suppliers may increase the number of defective products, unstable deliveries, or refabricated costs, all of which can increase company’s total cost and tarnish its reputation. Therefore, how to select the right suppliers has become an essential topic for companies wishing to minimize their supply chain risks. The main purpose of this paper is to build on decision-making model which based on multi-attribute group decision making theory to develop a new method of decision-making, and which combined with the paper constructs supplier selection evaluation index applies to the supplier selection.Firstly, the main part of the article is to build a multi-attribute group decision model with incomplete information in the third part. The incomplete information in this paper is the decision-maker did not give the full weight of each attribute information while just give the preference relations of pairs of alternatives. We use a combination of VIKOR and LINMAP approach to solving these problems. Then, we develop the seven indicator evaluation and selection of suppliers based on suppliers choose to construct the index of the five principles, namely the principle of comprehensiveness system, condensed scientific principle, the feasibility principle, the principle of dynamic, combination of qualitative and quantitative principles and development principle. Finally, we apply this method to the logistics suppliers of UNIQLO, and the results were compared with LINMAP and TOPSIS method to show the superiority of the multi-attribute group decision making method.
