Research On Industrial Competence Of Service Outsourcing In Nanchang

Nanchang’s service outsourcing industry has developed better and better for it has been named as a model city on developing service outsourcing. Nanchang has an absolute advantage in the number of companies,income scale, number of workers and industrial agglomeration. More than 90% of business and companies that work on service outsourcing of Jiangxi are in Nanchang. Nanchang’s service outsourcing industry rely on its scientific talents cultivation plan. The plan is “talents first then industry”. The special plan is named as “Nanchang Plan” by others. Nanchang’s service outsourcing industry growing fast.The paper began to research Nanchang’s industrial competence of service outsourcing after reading lots of academic papers on service outsourcing industry and studying 21 model cities in China.This paper firstly combined the international trade theory, the contract theory and the diamond model theory to explain the competitiveness of service outsourcing. Then analyzed the overall scale, structure and enterprises of Nanchang’s service outsourcing industry. Summary characteristics of Nanchang’s service outsourcing. There are five characteristics: the enterprises’ scale is small, the share of Information Technology Outsourcing is large, lack of country-class companies, the overall image of the city is not strong, and lack of inter-disciplinary talents.After Analyzing the current situation of Nanchang’s service outsourcing industry, the paper established frame of cities’ industrial competence based on the motivation of employer and the theoretical conclusions in chapter 2 and drawed 6 influence factors of service outsourcing. Then quantified 6 influence fators into 12 detailed factors. The analysis used the factor analysis method to evaluate competitiveness of 19 cities. Refined three miscellaneous: the soft power competitiveness, infrastructure competitiveness and industrial agglomeration degree. The results of factor analysis showed the Nanchang’s comprehensive competitiveness of service outsourcing in 19 cities which are compared with each other is very poor. The soft power competitiveness factors and infrastructure factors of Nanchang is the weaknesses.The paper put forward the suggestions in two points: government and corporation. The paper give Nanchang City Hall 4 suggestions: strengthen traffic and Internet infrastructure construction, improve the overall level of intellectual property rights protection, focus more on first-class companies, perfect website platform of Nanchang City service outsourcing. The paper give enterprise 2 suggestions: to make full use of preferential policies, strengthen the development of introducing talents, actively cultivate talent with universities.
