Energy management system throughout the whole operational process includes energy utilization and saving of industries and corporates. The establishment and implementation of the energy management system is an important technical support for enterprises to better cooperate with the country for completing the target of energy-saving plan. It could not only reduce resource consumption and improve energy efficiency for companies but also help enterprises complete the energy-saving target on schedule as well as realize the greater economic efficiency and the social efficiency goal.Referring to the national recommended executive standard GB/T23331-2012 ‘Energy Management System Requirements’ promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2012, this paper outlines the scope, characteristics and operational mode of enterprise energy management system. The composition, building process and operation steps in the system are highlighted.This paper, which takes a coal-to-methanol enterprise as an example, has designed an energy management system in line with the actual situation of the company at present stage. Through statistical and analysis of the energy utilization situation in 2014, it is found that the energy and power consumption per methanol product of the enterprise were 175kgce/t and 201 k Wh/t higher than that of the energy efficiency leader benchmarking enterprise, respectively. Based on the statistics and analysis, the thesis formulates a suitable energy-saving scheme.The potentiality analysis of energy saving includes two aspects of energy-saving management and energy-saving technology. The energy-saving management scheme can save 2183.522 tons of standard coal for the company every year after completing four steps include problem description, reasons analysis, scheme establishment and energy-saving benefits accounting. On the other hand, 1464.335 tons of standard coal could be saved for the enterprise per year by the energy-saving technology scheme which contains the procedure of problem description, scheme establishment, economic feasibility analysis and technical feasibility analysis.Finally,the energy consumption status and energy saving measures of Shell coal gasification unit and boiler were studied in detail, and also make the programming development on the calculation of the boiler’s efficiency; meanwhile the thesis formulates the scheme of energy-saving management and energy-saving technology. The energy saving scheme can reduce the gasification furnace non normal shutdown times, so as to raise the boiler’s efficiency and reduce the energy loss effectively. |
