| Along with the advancement of our country urbanization and the development of infrastructure construction, the construction industry has become an important pillar industry of the national economy for that it is having a more and more obvious role in the national economy. In order to exert its service and leading role more fully, construction should adhere to the coordinated and sustainable principle and seek a way to maximize the economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit for providing the motive force to develop the construction industry.The sustainable development of construction industry involves resources, environment, economy and social factors. It is a complex natural-economy-social composite system. At present, the research results domestic and overseas emphasized on construction resources ecological could not guide construction really realize sustainable development. This paper takes liaoning construction industry as the research object to explore system elements and drive mechanism of construction sustainable development, develops evaluation index system and method model which evaluates construction industry aiming at providing the beneficial reference for the sustainable development of construction industry and entire national economy.This paper firstly introduces the research background, expounds the research purpose and meaning, analyzes the present situation of the domestic and foreign research, discusses the meaning of sustainable development, and put forwards the sustainable development concept of the construction industry. Then in the above theory support, this paper based on the construction of liaoning province as the research object constructs the multilevel evaluation index system of construction sustainable development using Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) by analyzing and summarizing the factors that influences the sustainable development of construction industry, combining the theories of sustainable development foundation, design principles and methods and selecting the key factors that influence the sustainable development of construction industry and appraisals construction sustainable development from four aspects which involves resources, economic, social and ecological which reflects the development aim and essence that the sustainable development of the construction industry could promote economic growth, social development and environmental improvement.Secondly this paper establishes the multilayer fuzzy evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluates the sustainable development level and internal coordination degree of liaoning construction industry from the point of view of scientific in order to obtain the sustainable development results of liaoning construction industry to provide a basis for making decision about construction industry.Finally this paper puts forward countermeasures and measures promoting the sustainable development of liaoning construction industry by further analysis on it based on the comprehensive evaluation result for guiding liaoning construction industry. |
