In recent years, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been in a rapid development stage,but the existing urban-rural dual structure has been gradually restricted its development,and eliminating the urban-rural dual structure effectively is the inevitable trend of itsdevelopment. Domestic and foreign experience shows that coordinating urban and ruraldevelopment is the effective way to break the urban-rural dual structure and solve the ruralareas, farmers and agricultural issues. By analyzing the economic, social and environmentalissues in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, building the region’s urban and rural developmentmodel is very important.In this paper, the whole in accordance with the normative analysis and empiricalanalysis of the combination mode unfolding. Firstly, presented the relative theories ofurban-rural integration development. Through the development process of urban-ruralrelations abroad study we found that the development of urban and rural integration is theinevitable trend. Secondly, marized the experience of urban-rural integration development.Based on the dynamic mechanism of urban and rural development, development modelsand lessons learned at home and abroad we found that due to the weak foundation of urbanand rural development, social issues complex, urban and rural integration development willbe a long and arduous process, and selecting the appropriate development model is theeffective way to promote the development. Again, evaluated the urban-rural integrationdevelopment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region comprehensively. This paper using paneldata on Analysis of the urban-rural integration development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion and using cross-sectional data to evaluate the level of development of its integratedby constructing index system, this paper concluded that the overall development of theBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was unbalanced. Overall presentation: Beijing and Tianjin arein the highest level of development, coastal development is in the higher level, followed bythe lower development of the south center and ring the capital region. Finally, according tothe preliminary results of data analysis put forward the corresponding development mode ofvarious regions. Overall, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should promote urban and ruraldevelopment by industrialization model; according to the actual level of development, theBeijing-Tianjin region should use the outskirts of large cities urbanization patterns; coastalregion should use the growth pole development model, south center and a ring CapitalRegion should adopt the industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernizationcombined development model. At the same time, the paper put forward the issues mayproduce in the implementation of various modes and policy recommendations to ensuretheir effective.
