The production capacity of Ammonium Chloride is main in CHINA. In recent years it iskept increasing, accompanying this change the contradiction between demand and supplybecomes more highlighted. Ammonium Chloride Fertilizer Grade which occupies the almostquantity of the total capacity faces the increasing sale pressure. How to enlarge the exporting salequantity becomes the necessity on remiting the supply and demand contradiction. For the pastfew years the exporting quantity of Ammonium Chloride Fertilizer Grade is increasing. In somany exporting destination countries, Malaysian market is always in the first rank. It makes theexporters and the manufacturers including TSP to take Malaysian market very importance. Inthis thesis the writer analyze the industry development of Ammonium Chloride Fertilizer Grade,the demand and supply of Malaysian market, the influence on exporting Ammonium ChlorideFertilizer Grade by Macro-Environment, the competition of the industry, using the method andthe theory such as Five Power Model, SWOT Analysis and Industry Life Cycle Theory,combined with TSP real exporting record and data, based on the4P Theory the writer set up amarketing strategies which could be suitable for TSP exporting Ammonium ChlorideFertilizer Grade to Malaysian market by itself correspondingly, using it as a valuable referenceduring the real export operation.
