Research Of Planning On Logistics Park In The Northwest Inland Based On Dry Port Mode

With the development of global economy，trade, services and capital flows moreand more intensive between different countries and regions. Logistics industry as thebasic industry of the national economy has been widespread concerned in the world.In concentrated areas of logistics operations, several modes of transport join eachother. Meanwhile, A variety of different types of logistics facilities and logisticscompanies arrange together. The rally point which has a certain scale and a variety ofservice functions becomes the embryonic form of logistics parks.In this thesis, we take the integrated use of relevant basic theory about thedevelopment of dry port and logistics parks, to research the operating model thatestablishes dry port in the specific area. By the analysis of site selection, planning anddesign, and the characteristics of the underlying technology, we will establish logisticspark planning method in a specific mode. It also provides reference for relatedindustries research to make extensive application in construction of inland logisticsproject.Here are some research contents. The first section is chapter1, which hasintroduced research background, significance and the research situation. The secondsection primarily reviewed the basic theory which involved logistics parks, dry portand the economic conditions in Inland Northwest region. In chapter3, by the analysisand survey of Ningxia Inland Port Logistics Park, we will obtain the overall planning,and surrounding supply and demand relationship of this area. The conclusion inchapter4is logistics parks planning in dry port mode. The chapter5is a summary andoutlook. It discussed the future direction of the research.
