Garment industry is one of China’s traditional industries. It occupy their position in thenational economy. However, because of China’s garment industry is a labor-intensive, becauseinvestors do not need the high lead relatively low entry and exit barriers, SMEs account forthe majority, the entire garment industry, intense competition. With economic globalizationand fierce market competition, the survival and development of small and medium garmententerprises subject to the test. According to the survey indicated that the closure of the loss ofsmall clothing company’s case,83%of the factors linked with the internal control. Althoughsome companies have internal control system, combined with the company but did not owncharacteristics and management requirements. It is largely copied large enterprise internalcontrol system.In view of the above context, based on a comprehensive risk management for thecompany’s internal control Carven study the current situation of internal control are brieflysummarized and analyzed, the data and information collected through questionnaires and toobserve and analyze data related to nature of Carven internal control problems in theoptimization of proposed measures. Optimization and implementation of internal controlsafeguards related to: optimizing control environment, risk management and control systemestablished, improved overall budget management, improve risk prevention capacity,strengthening information systems and establishing permanent oversight bodies and so on.This on the one hand that I hope the findings could provide valuable reference for themanagement of Carven companies, on the other hand hope through case studies to helpsimilar small garment enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and ability to survive inthe fierce market competition.
