With the urbanization and the tendency of economic globalization, it seems to beparticularly necessary and important that describing and predicting the evolutionmechanisms of the city s economic spatial structure and the dynamic developmentof the internal structure. Previous studies about the urban economic spatial structure areon the basis of the statistical analysis of social and economic data in the city. The city asa complex system, its spatial structure evolution is the evolution of various types ofmicro main body in both time and space. Therefore, the method of combination ofmacro and micro in urban economic spatial structure is getting more attention fromscholars.This thesis based on the CAS theory, takes the agents of the urban economic spatialas research object, applies the MAS thought, through the Swarm simulation platform,researches the dynamic location choice behavior of different residents and enterprisesunder the government regulation, then study an urban economic spatial mode that issuitable for Xi’an.Firstly, based on the CAS theory, this thesis analyses the actions of agents in theurban system and summarizes the factors which affect the location choices about agentsin the urban economic space, then establishes the utility functions, in order to study theagents location choices.Secondly, based on the study of the factors which affect the location choices aboutagents in Xi an, using Delphi method and Entropy Weight method, obtains preferencecoefficients of different enterprises and residents.Lastly, on the base of MAS, with the help of Swarm platform, establishes thedramatic location choices model of agents. In different government regulation and control, simulates the agents location choices behavior and obtains the differenteconomic space layout. And it confirms the rationality about the pattern of Jiugong inXi an currently. It is favorable for the study of urban spatial structure and provides areasonable basis for the government.
